3 Free Diet Meal Plans to Have 3 Meals a Day

If you eat less than 3 meals a day, it seems like you don’t care about your body. If you spend most of your time eating or snacking – that’s not good, too. But if you are not taking any exercises – that could be a serious problem…

I really don’t have to mention the negative effects of all these over your body. What I strongly recommend is to read the following 3 free diet meal plans, and to select the one that suits your diet personality best.

Plan 1

Eat a healthy breakfast of whole grain foods and couple of fruits or vegetables, a cup of milk or yoghurt, tea or fresh juice, or whatever you like, but DO NOT miss your breakfast!

DO NOT think about food before the lunch break. Tell yourself: “Lunch is my main meal for the day. I must not snack.” OK, but how many times have you kept that promise? If the answer is “none”, then you must consider having that solid breakfast, and you won’t need any snacks before or after lunch.

Eat only low calories foods at dinner. Take a short walk after dinner. Enjoy yourself with your family and forget all about food. Go to bed earlier, so you can’t get hungry again for the rest of the day.

Plan 2

If you are like me and most of my friends, then you probably just don’t have time for a solid healthy breakfast. I like to sleep to the last moment, so I drink only a cup of coffee and go out. I am not saying that’s healthy, but it’s my way of life and I really need to change it.

If you are really like me, then you must have a solid lunch with your fellows. Do not overeat in order to skip the dinner – NO, because I have a little surprise for you – a light afternoon meal.
But remember: no pastry or fatty foods, only low calorie foods.

Make sure that at least 5 hours are passed since your light afternoon meal, before eating your dinner. It is highly important to have a light dinner, or you will put some additional weight. Take a walk after dinner or do whatever you want, but stay away from the kitchen.

Plan 3

Let’s say you are so busy person, that you don’t have any time for a normal breakfast or lunch. During the day you can eat only on the go at the nearest fast food restaurant.

At dinner time you are starving to death as if you haven’t eaten for days. As a result you take most of your daily caloric intake with your dinner. But you can’t burn them while you sleep, so you will gain additional weight. If this picture doesn’t look good, I can assure you it could get worse!

The solution is simple: get the bag with your home cooked breakfast and go to work. When you feel hungry, eat your breakfast. Your next lunch or afternoon meal should be light – salad and juice. Do not overeat at dinner, even if your wife has prepared your favorite meal. Eating after dinner is not allowed.

In conclusion…

The most difficult thing for you is to stop snacking between your main meals. It will take you some time to accustom your way of life to one of these 3 diet meal plans. But with more determination and strong will you will succeed, just like I did.

One of the keys to success is to get yourself down to work twice as hard, and whatever you do, DO NOT think about how hungry you are or how much time you have until next meal.
