Honey and cinnamon for lowering cholesterolAfter the honey and cinnamon weight loss recipe, now I present you another interesting recipe with honey and cinnamon for lowering cholesterol.

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 cups of tea (for best results use green tea)

Preparation

Mix the cinnamon and honey in a larger bowl, and add the 2 cups of tea (green tea).

Serving

Take it 3 times a day.
