Protein Shake Diet
Have you ever heard of the Protein Shake Diet? If you’ve never heard of it, then you’ve missed a great opportunity to lose weight fast and easy. I am not joking, not at all. And that’s why I am here to help you catch up on the latest diet news, trends and products.
Actually the Protein Shake Diet and the WonderSlim Diet Plan are very much alike. They both include protein shakes and meal replacements. You can read more about WonderSlim diet plan in my review, which I wrote couple of months ago.
With the Protein Shake Diet you can enjoy the tasty flavor of protein diet shakes instead of your regular meals. Yeah, you drink protein shakes and lose weight. It’s very simple - the protein shakes are portion controlled, packed nutritious powders that are easily mixed in a big cups, shaker or blender with water, skim milk of juice.
There is no way to overeat with these protein shakes and your body is supplied with all the nutrients and energy you need to stay healthy, not be starving, and still loosing weight at the same time. Amazing, isn’t it? Miraculous - NO way! It’s all about portion controlling and meal planning.
Most protein shakes contain whey protein isolate, no fats (or insignificant amount), vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and sometimes fibers, carbohydrates and very little amounts of sugar. The calories are usually about 100 per serving.
You need a plan for taking the protein shakes. Every product has a plan or recommends another diet plan that uses such products. I will save you some time and will share a diet plan that uses protein diet shakes - WonderSlim.
Which one is better the Protein Shake Diet or WonderSlim Diet Plan?
Well, the Protein Shake Diet allows you to
choose whatever protein shake you like and wanna drink and WonderSlim comes packed with all inclusive protein shakes, puddings, and bars, etc.
You can design and adjust your Protein Shake Diet to help you lose weight, but you need to have a good knowledge on diet menu planning and proper combining and portioning different nutrients from protein diet shakes.
All that makes WonderSlim diet plan easier to follow, because it includes menu, meal plan, shopping list, meal replacements and all you need to lose weight safety way.
Benefits of Protein Shake Diet (Pros)
1. Time saving - the best thing about the Protein Shake Diet is the easy preparing and consumption of shakes - all in all not more than 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Great taste - delicious flavored products that give you all you need in one single serving.
3. Fast results - how does it sound to you 20 pounds lost in a single month - great, right?
Protein Shake Diet Cons
1. It sounds like a fad diet and many people will just pass it by. But it is NOT - do you hear me, it’s not! The protein shake diet will make you lose weight and with proper meal planning afterwards you’ll keep your weight off for ever.
2. The first couple of days you may feel a severe hunger and most likely be starving all day. It’s OK and it’ll pass shortly.
3. You can’t be on protein shakes for the rest of your life and that’s the greatest disadvantage of the Protein Shake Diet for me.
But if you ask me - you don’t need to be on shakes for ever. Just take them to lose the weight you need and maintain your new weight by proper meal planning and maintenance procedures. That of course means change in your life style, but I am sure you will do it for the better and healthier you.

As I say in the post the Protein Shake Diet and the WonderSlim Diet Plan are very much alike. I must also add the Medifast Diet here, and you will get the whole picture.
They all include protein shakes and meal replacements. You can read the WonderSlim Diet Review or Medifast Diet Review if you are interested in following a Protein Shake diet.

My only problem that I can see with these types of shakes and all, is the simple fact that it fails to teach you how to eat properly, and fails to encourage exercise which are the two main things that are going to promote weight loss. What good is it to spend all this money on a product to lose weight that will be gained back once the diet has finished.

This is easy to do. By the way these suggested shakes are great. Just add a small amount of stuff to the shake..
Vanilla shake with spinach or spirillena
Protein shake with one banana
Protein shake with small 1.4 cup of oatmeal a wee bit of coffee
Protein shake and oatmeal plus 1 table spoon of peanut butter
you can be creative but dont put too much stuff. You dont want to take protein alone you could do damange to yourself.
This is a Super great diet to do for one week, its amazing!!!
