I’ve lost over 50lbs and kept it off for about a year. I recently gained about 10 pounds back but that had nothing to do with Medifast and everything to do with the abundance of sweets around me during Thanksgiving. All I have to do is go back on Medifast for a couple of weeks and that weight that tried to come back will go away fast. I have a tendency to cheat a little and go back on Medifast for a few days to make up for cheating. It’s worked perfectly so far. I can vouch for Medifast as well!
