<p>If you have any of the symptoms I listed above and you feel a little bit scared &#8211; don&#8217;t worry. If you are reading this, then it means you have strong will and desire, which are the most important things you need to start a detox diet.</p>

<p>If you haven&#8217;t started a detox diet yet, it&#8217;s maybe because you&#8217;ve heard about people suffering bad headaches, nausea and vomiting while detoxifying.
