Recently a member of our closed facebook discussion group about Honey and Cinnamon Drink asked me the following question (OK I’m paraphrasing):
My short answer was: “Yes, you should do exercise. If you combine the Honey Cinnamon drink with balanced and healthy portioned meals and moderate home workout you can get really quick weight loss results.”
Now let’s get into some details on what healthy portioned meals are and how to practise moderate home workout…
I’ll try to describe a simple daily home workout routine of someone taking the Honey and Cinnamon Drink (H-C Drink – that’s how I’ll call it in short, because the phrase is quite mouthful).
Check out 10 of the best home workout for weight loss.
The very first thing one should do in the morning is to boil the water 8 fl. ounces for the H-C Drink. If you’ve already made it last night – just take it out from the fridge and let it stay at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Small Trick: If you don’t have time to wait 30 minutes you can boil water and add some to the fridge cold H-C Drink (not more than a few sips, cause you don’t want to make it hot – just warm enough to drink and warm enough not to destroy the honey inside). Voilà! Your H-C Drink is ready to drink in less than 5 minutes.
If you are drinking coffee in the morning (I’m saying “IF” because I already know 7 people who don’t) – now is the time to make it while you are waiting for the cinnamon tea to cool before adding honey.
I do that every morning. If I need my coffee very badly, I drink it before my H-C Drink. I know it’s not quite right, because I have to drink the H-C Drink on empty stomach, but coffee is not food after all, so I’m not feeling very guilty drinking it before the Honey and Cinnamon Drink.
OK. Now you have had your Honey and Cinnamon Drink, have had your morning coffee, then it’s time to do some workout…
I myself prefer treadmill walking for 20 -30 minutes, which includes 2 to 4 minutes running at maximum speed. !!! That’s not for beginners !!!
Beginners should start with 20 minutes of jogging, treadmill walking, etc. Gradually increase the workout duration to 30 – 40 minutes, as well as increase the workout intensity from 2 to 4 – 8 minutes of running or walking at as fast speed as you can.
Small trick: Don’t forget to drink your water after workout!
If you feel hungry before workout and feel like you won’t make it through without eating – you better grab and munch one banana 20 to 30 minutes after you drink your H-C Drink.

Balanced breakfast is the one that will restore your energy levels, will supply your body with vitamins, minerals and healthy nutrients to keep you full till lunch.
My perfect breakfast is muesli with milk (yoghurt is OK too, but I love milk).
