Yesterday was my fourth day of the 1 week detox diet plan – Thursday April 6, 2006.
After the last two days of eating potatoes and rice, finally I got something tasty to eat – fruits. The fourth day of the 1 week detox diet you should eat about 1.5 kg = 3.3 lbs of fruits.
I had small breakfast of 1 slice of whole grain bread and 100 g of cheese, 1 apple and 1 cup of coffee without sugar.
Mmm, I liked the breakfast very much. I think I was getting used to this low fat diet plan. I even started to like my coffee without sugar π
I ate 3 more apples and 2 oranges for the day. I had no time to make fruits salads.
If you have time and like cutting fruits into pieces and arranging salads, than you can make all kinds of fruits salads with lemon juice.
I drank lots of clean water – 5 big glasses. May be I should have drunk more but I thought that was quite enough for me.
In the evening I cooked chicken stew with onion for my boyfriend. It was so irresistible that I was very close to break my diet. But don’t worry, I did resist once again. And then I realized that my diet will work just the way it should, because I got the will for that.
We will meet tomorrow for my fifth day of my diet – macaroni boiled in salted water. Notice – salt for the first time this week. I’ll be happy tomorrow.
