Weight loss aid is one of the best and most popular apple cider vinegar benefits. That’s why I’m starting with it.
Since my last post I read a lot about the potential weight loss aid of the brownish-golden drink and I was pretty amazed by some of the apple cider vinegar weight loss results.
You can prepare the apple cider vinegar weight loss drink by mixing 1 tablespoon of vinegar with a cup of warm or cold water (8 ounces) or a cup of herbal tea (like green tea). It is quite strong and can’t be just taken undiluted.
Apple cider vinegar weight loss recipe varies in ingredients and proportions depending on whether you are a beginner in ACV weight loss or not. Ingredients are vinegar, water or tea, and/or honey.
You can mix 2 tablespoons of the apple vinegar with 16 ounces of the liquid ingredient and sip it throughout the day (1 to 3 intakes). That’s in case you are not a beginner in ACV weight loss and have already gotten used to the specific taste of apple cider vinegar.
For beginner weight losers it’s better to mix just 1 tablespoon of ACV in one cup of water and drink it in the morning. Once you get familiar to the taste, start adding more and more ACV to the apple cider vinegar weight loss drink until you reach 2 – 3 tablespoons per one cup, and also increase the intakes to 2-3 times a day before meals.
Let’s sum up:
2 – 3 cups of water/tea mixed with 2 – 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar each should be taken 2-3 times per day before meals.
1 cup of water/tea mixed with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar should be taken ONCE a day preferably in the morning before breakfast.
If you don’t like the apple cider vinegar taste after the first couple of days then you could add something sweet and healthy to the ACV weight loss drink – what else could it be, but honey. One tablespoon of honey can greatly improve the sour vinegar taste. Does it remind you of another popular weight loss drink – honey and cinnamon?

As I mentioned in my previous post – it’s not quite clear whether apple cider vinegar itself aids weight loss – as for how exactly does it work to help you shed pounds is wrapped in mystery as well.

Sadly but true – for some it might be the first detoxification ever.
What’s specific about ACV weight loss results is they are subtle. So if you are looking for really fast weight loss, then apple cider vinegar drink isn’t for you.
As all natural product apple cider vinegar works gradually but steadily to help you lose weight and keep it off permanently.
That said, losing weight gradually means 1 – 2 pounds a month. If that’s too small for you, others have reported 4 – 6 pounds per one month. There are of course not-typical weight loss results such as 15 pound in 4 weeks, which doesn’t sound serious, but promising. Imagine you are such a great loser – you’ll get in shape in no time and it’ll be permanent.

I. Would like info on a Apple Cider vinegar (raw),raw honey and cinnamon drink. 1c water, 1/2 C vinager, 1/4 c honey, 1 cinnamon. Any side effects?
