November 6, 2006There is luck of information about appetite suppressants on the net. I searched a lot and did not find anything valuable. But appetite suppressants are still one of the best ways to control your hunger and lower your daily calorie intake.
Even if there are many drugs approved by FDA that work as appetite suppressants, I would trust to natural ones that come from plans and were tested by the ancient people thousands of years ago. How about you?
One of the best natural appetite suppressants I know is Hoodia Gordonii. The Bushmen have used the Hoodia plant 5 thousand years before our scientists discover its ability to suppress appetite by controlling the hunger mechanism.
I am talking about the African Hoodia from the Kalahari Desert. There are some other good appetite suppressants, but I will talk about them later in my posts. Also I don’t recommend the use of synthetic pills for appetite control. If you want to live healthy and long, go naturally.
The problem with commercial Hoodia products available on the market is that 80% of all products submitted to Western Cape Conservation Authority of South Africa for licensing don’t contain pure Hoodia Gordonii. This means you give your money for nothing.
What is worse, some of the US manufacture companies misleaded by the African distributors believe their products do contain pure Hoodia Gordonii. Most of them don’t care much, as long as the customers are continuing buying from them.
There are 2 certificates C.I.T.E.S Certificate and the Analytical Report that proofs the product is 100% Authentic and it contains pure Hoodia Gordonii extract from the African cactus. Well, these certificates could be easily fabricated. I’ve seen some of the sites published their own certificates, which makes me laugh. Of course as a customer I won’t even think about that.
The facts are – 80% of the Hoodia products on the market are fakes and won’t help you. However, the good news is that there are still 20% out there that really work to help you lose weight.

i have tested some weight loss pills before,i saw Hoodia Gordonii Plus site and i think that product is realy work i will test it in the urgent relative
It is best to use a product that is naturally safe and gives better weight loss success. Make sure you find out what the ingredients are in any product that you take. If you buy it online, make sure the seller post the ingredients on their website and do your research.
There are many appetite suppressors but for me the best are hoodia godrdoni pills which contain herbs and are pure and don’t harm your health
I have come across various products in research and I do agree natural is the way to go. Even then I still think a proper diet and regular exercise will go long way in keeping off excess weight.
I agree with Christina, I prefer going natural, instead of consuming weight loss pills, even though I like to try new things. I will try the products u recommend and see how it goes…

It’s amazing to me the cures that nature holds. That’s why I’m really concerned about the rain forest destruction. Not only are we killing the environment, perhaps we are even killing ourselves!
You’re right about going natural. I agree. And the hoodia is one thing I have not tried yet, simply because I don’t feel I have to yet. Am still working my metabolism. However, I introduced this product to a friend and they got it. Said they had heard about it on Oprah, as well. Julian
