Why you eat is more important than what you eat!

If you’ve never used meal replacements before, such as the Medifast diet products, then your first week on Medifast may seem the roughest to you and your body. You will be under stress if the diet will make you starve, if you will feel OK and if it will really work for you.

Too many if, and too much pressure at the start of your Medifast weight loss journey.

That’s why I have a few very useful tips on how to stick to your Medifast diet. They are the result of my research on how people feel and cope with their own Medifast diets.

What I like best about these tips is the complexity of feelings and emotions all people have shared in their Medifast success stories. Their motivation is amazing and the support they got from all their friends is also remarkable. Read on and find the tips for yourself:

Tip 1 – Just getting started!

If you have already started the Medifast diet plan it is OK, you don’t need this tip. But if you are still not following it, please do not say that it can’t help YOU or you don’t have time for such diets, or you just can’t do it.

Whatever you do for a living, and your social engagements are, or wherever you go on a business trip, just bring your Medifast diet products with you. Order a hot water in a soup bowl and spoon, and poor your “secret” powder soup or pudding into it and your meal’s ready – yes, it’s just that easy!

Do not feel embarrassed because no body will stare at you, or if they do it’s just out of curiosity and nothing else.

Tip 2 – Don’t give up from the first week

Do not let the first week’s hard times to mislead you that Medifast is very hard and almost impossible to follow liquid diet – that’s not true. Medifast is an easy to follow weight loss program and takes just a few days to turn into a pleasant everyday routine.

Tip 3 – Live you life, have fun and lose weight!

During your Medifast weight loss journey you will have plenty of energy that you need to concentrate into something you love and enjoy – your family, children, sports, work or some extra activity.

Focus on your life and live it. Do not think about the Medifast weight loss journey like something unusual and not typical, something that will pass on and you will get back to your real life – that’s not right.

Medifast is a philosophy and a way of living that will teach you new habits, tips and tricks that will help you lose the extra pounds and maintain your new weight afterwards.

Being busy is great and will save you from some hard times such as staying at home staring into the mirror or weighing yourself every couple of hours. If you do any of these, you won’t lose those extra pounds as fast as you wish.

Tip 4 – Family and friends support

Do not let your family or friends’ skepticism let you down. It’s not them who should believe in your weight loss success, it’s YOU who must believe and stick to Medifast.

If you’ve been on thousands of diets all your life, it is totally understandable why your friends are disbelievers. If they keep on discouraging you – get rid of them. I am just kidding 🙂

But you will see that as soon as the pounds start coming off and the weight loss results are obvious, you will regain your self confidence and esteem, and you will feel beautiful, healthy and fit again.

Tip 5 – Personal motivation

Love and respect your body and yourself more. Do not let be influenced by anyone to change your outlook and weight loss goals.

Strengthen your will, believe more in your success, always expect more from your body.

You will see the success in no time and will rejoice the day you’ve started your Medifast weight loss journey.
